2020年最大のデビュー実績を残したコナン・グレイ。
アイルランド人の父と日本人の母親を持つハーフで、３歳まで広島に住んでいたこともある。
幼少期からYoutubeで動画制作を始め、2015年から2017年まではYoutubeが基本的な活動場所だったが、2017年にデビューシングルをセルフリリースしてから活躍の場を増やすこととなる。
2021年7月17日に公開された本曲は、人を愛することを望みながらも踏み出せず、愛し合う人たちを外から見つめるだけの自分を歌った歌だ。
自分を相手に教えることが怖くて人と関りを持てない、という人は少なくない。この曲を聞き、安心や共感を得た人も多いのではなかろうか。
